Rachel Roberts, Director of Operations, heads up our coaching staff and development within our club. Each of our outstanding adult coaches have more to offer than just volleyball-specific coaching skills. They are caring, positive, energetic, athletic role models and mentors who share our belief that valuing and caring for the individual person, as well as the physical athlete fosters the development of a well-rounded volleyball player and a successful volleyball team. Our coaches have the heart to inspire young women and teach life lessons through the platform of competitive volleyball. ​​
